Welcome to Hydro Squad (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and/or booking our trash can cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided
Hydro Squad provides professional residential and commercial trash and recycling bin cleaning services using high-pressure, hot water systems and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. While we aim to significantly reduce grime, bacteria, and odors, we do not guarantee full removal of all stains or residues.

2. Service Schedule
Cleanings are typically scheduled for the day following your regular trash pickup. It is your responsibility to:
• Ensure bins are completely emptied
• Place bins curbside or in the designated location by 7:00 AM on your cleaning day
• Leave bins accessible until cleaning is complete
If bins are not available, full service fees may still apply.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Hydro Squad accepts major credit and debit cards via our secure online platform. For recurring plans, your card will be automatically charged based on your selected service frequency.
Declined or failed payments may result in suspended service until resolved.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule service up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Late cancellations or missed services due to inaccessible bins are non-refundable.
Hydro Squad reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather, equipment issues, or holidays. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

5. Service Limitations
Hydro Squad does not clean bins containing:
• Hazardous waste
• Human or animal waste
• Excessive grease or oil
• Construction debris
• Loose garbage
If any of the above is found, service may be refused, and a cancellation fee may be charged.

6. Property Damage
We take care to avoid any damage during service. However, Hydro Squad is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or surrounding property, including cracked, broken, or defective bins. Any incidents caused directly by our team will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. Hydro Squad shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of use, missed pickups, or scheduling delays.

8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms
Hydro Squad may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
